United States

Passport Program Disclosure & Opt-Out

This notice applies to U.S.-based LPT agents only. Canada-based LPT agents are subject to a separate opt-in process and will receive a separate email with applicable details and guidance.

Participation

Participating in the Passport Program involves having the unique QR code on your attendee badge scanned at sponsor booths. You may still earn tickets to enter in prize drawings without having your badge scanned. If your badge is scanned, your contact information will be shared with Passport Program sponsors sometime after October 10, 2026, so they may contact you about their products and services.

What is collected and how it is stored

The contact information collected from participants who opt in will include their first and last name, email address, and phone number. This information will be stored for 90 days in a dedicated FallCon lead capture database by Supabase (“Processor”), physically located in a data center in Virginia. The database is controlled by LPT Realty (“Controller”), operates as a separate project, and does not interact with other LPT Realty database projects. LPT Realty remains responsible for protecting the information stored in the database.

After 90 days, participants’ contact information will be permanently deleted from the database by clearing the relevant data fields. The only remaining records will be spreadsheet exports provided to participating Expo vendors, each containing only the contact information of participants who opted in to be leads for that specific vendor.

How to opt out

If you do not want your information shared, you may opt out by October 10, 2026, by emailing privacy@lptrealty.com or submitting a ticket at help@lptrealty.com.

Opting out will not affect your eligibility to earn tickets, win prizes, or attend the Expo. If you opt out by the deadline, your information will not be shared with Passport Program sponsors.

Passport Program Disclosure & Consent

This notice applies to Canada-based LPT agents only. U.S.-based LPT agents are subject to a separate opt-out process and will receive a separate email with applicable details and guidance.

Participation and consent

Participating in the Passport Program involves having the unique QR code on your attendee badge scanned at sponsor booths. As a Canada-based agent, you may opt in to having your contact information uploaded for participation in the Passport Program. You must first provide your consent before your information can be uploaded. Once you’ve opted in, you can choose which participating sponsors receive your information by allowing them to scan the QR code on your badge. Your information will be shared only with the sponsors who scan your badge, sometime after October 10, 2026, so they may contact you about their products and services.

Opting in is entirely voluntary. Your information will not be shared with sponsors unless you give your express consent and opt in to having your attendee badge scanned. Declining to opt in will not affect your eligibility to earn tickets, win prizes, or attend the Expo.
